Crime
The New Deal for Communities evaluation in 2006, shows that crime per 1000 people has fallen by 11% in 3 years.
Education
The number of students at Lea Manor High School achieving 5 or more GCSEs A* - C grades rose from 26% in 2003 to 49% in 2006.
Business
The number of jobseekers in receipt of jobseekers allowance has fallen by 10% since 2002.
Health
In 2002, 77% of residents reported a very good or good quality of life. This rose to 82% in 2006.
Environment
The number of residents who are satisfied with Marsh Farm as a place to live has increased by 22% since 2002.
Community
50 local community groups have each received up to £2,500 from the Community Chest, for initiatives which benefit Marsh Farm.
