CERC redevelopment timetable

Marsh Farm Community Development Trust is about to undertake a major refurbishment project that will see the current Community Enterprise Resource Centre (CERC) transformed into a new community building bringing longer term benefits to the residents of Marsh Farm. After years of consultations with residents, partners, stakeholders and architects to decide what the building should look like and more importantly what will be inside, the final approval was given in April 2009. For a timetable of building works see below:

10th August 2009: Demolition works to back part of the CERC

October 2009: Beginning of project, foundations and drainage works

November 2009: Erection of steel frame

December 2009: Cladding to roof and walls, ground floor slab
